Samantha Markle Has Much More to Say About Meghan's Baby

For the past few months, whenever Samantha Markle has stepped up to the podium with her two cents about her little sis Meghan, everyone's braced themselves for the worst — and she's mostly delivered just that. But now, days after Meghan and Harry announced that they're expecting, Samantha wants a redo.

"Everybody just needs to shut the heck up and let this be a great thing for them, for the world, for the family and that's where I'm at," she told DailyMailTV in her second public interview since Monday's baby news.

"It's so important that everybody put their egos aside. Meghan's done some things with my dad, but in my heart, I love her and I want her and the baby to do well," she added. "I was kind of overwhelmed with emotion [when I heard] and I just thought, I'm letting everything go. It's beautiful and I'm so excited for Harry too."

It's a strong pivot for the half-sister who said three months ago, quote, "If our father dies I’m holding you responsible, Meg!" This week though, Samantha was apparently "literally jumping for joy" after hearing their baby news.

Strange how suddenly things can change, huh?

Samantha's negative feelings toward her half-sibling might have vanished once she got wind of Baby Sussex, but the royals camp is being predictably quiet about her sudden change of heart. After all, it isn't often that Queen Elizabeth considers weighing in on family drama, so when it reached that point back in August, we knew it was bad.

Something tells us the family will be hard-pressed to publicly react anytime soon. Maybe someone should give Samantha a heads up.
