    Well, it should be to everyone. When I don't have enough myself, I am depressed and dysfunctional. I have to sleep at least 12-13 hours a day to be functional in my day because I'm suffering from chronic depression and fatigue.

    I use to sleep alot and now i get 5 hours a night and maybe a nap here and there. My body doesn't relax enough to sleep. I just have way too much on my mind.
