That second one boggles my mind... how the heck do you order a load of food, and then expect the customer next to you to pay for it???

In order to get the absurdity of it all, you have to remember these things:
1. Dad was talking to his kids to order whatever they wanted. Karen overheard it and felt she was entitled for Dad (at the other table) to pay for their (Karen and her family) order.
2. SHE'S AN ENTITLED KAREN!!!
